Meet the Mayor: Chicken Lou’s, Wollaston’s Grocer, NU Pizza Hut/Taco Bell Express, and Northeastern University

Welcome to "Meet the Mayor," a segment in which we interview local Foursquare Mayors in their natural habitats.

Chicken Lou's, Wollaston's Grocer, NU Pizza Hut/Taco Bell Express, and Northeastern University (Holmes Hall)
Avi Saban

Why do you eat out so often?
Well, I haven't eaten the cafeteria food. Apparently, the combination Pizza Hut/Taco Bell is the only Taco Bell in Boston. I guess I'm the mayor of Taco Bell for all of Boston.

There's no way that's true.
I haven't seen a Taco Bell anywhere else. If it isn't true, I would like to find another one.

Driving past NU, the first thing you see is people jogging in the Marino Center. I think they set it up like that on purpose to make NU look sexier.
Well, if you walk into the Marino Center, it's set up as a giant column where you can look up at the undergrads as they work out. It makes it weird eating there. It makes me feel bad about not exercising, and it puts them on display. It's kind of creepy.

The Marino Center makes you feel like a pervert?
Yes. But I guess Northeastern makes you feel like that sometimes. Or it makes you hungry.
