So... Who Would Run For Markey's Seat?

Not to get too far ahead of ourselves, but... if John Kerry becomes Secretary of State, and if Congressman Ed Markey runs in the special election, and if he wins, who might be in position to win a special election to be the next member of Congress from the 6th District?

The district wraps around from Winthrop through Revere, Malden, Melrose, Soneham, Medford, Woburn, Winchester, Lexington, Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Cambridge (split), Waltham, Lincoln, Weston, Wayland, Sudbury (most), Framingham, Natick, Southborough, Ashland, Sherborn, and Holliston.

That's a lot of territory.

RIght off the bat I can imagine state senator Katherine Clark (Melrose), state representative Jay Kaufman (Woburn), state senator Will Brownsberger (Belmont), former state senator Warren Tolman (Watertown), Sheriff Peter Khoutoujian (Waltham), state representative David Linsky (Natick), and state senator Karen Spilka (Ashland) taking an interest.

Who else?
