Romney Team Unclear On The Concept

OK look, Mitt Romney was joking when he said he didn't understand why airplane windows don't open. But now the Romney team has created an entire television ad on an apparent lack of understanding of how a mute button works on a telephone call.

To be honest, I don't understand why this ad is supposed to be persuasive to anybody anyway. And, maybe in Woodward's book it's clear that Pelosi is doing other things and not paying attention. But the way the ad is written, all you get is that Pelosi hits mute as evidence that she's not listening to him, thus proving his leadership failure (or whatever):
