Morning Omissions

--The Herald and Globe both write about Winthrop's budget woes, as does Yvonne Abraham. No mention that the town's representative in the State House is new Speaker Robert DeLeo, who has controlled the state budget as Ways and Means chair the past several years. Just saying.

--The Herald reports that Senate Prez Therese Murray spent $30,000 from her campaign account on legal fees last year, but made no mention of the $40,000 that she spent on public relations. Her PR firm is Regan Communications, which happens to be the Herald''s  PR firm. Just saying.
