A night without drama

There's been no rules-change proposal so far. Ted Kennedy's speech, which is still going on, seems like a bit of a snoozer. As of 8 p.m., just 2600 of the convention's 5100 delegates and alternates were actually in the building. And worst of all, things are running about a half-hour behind schedule--Fightin' Joe DeNucci was supposed to take center stage at 7:40, but Kennedy is still testifying.

Dianne Wilkerson does have a new hairdo, though. (It's a perm, FYI.)
