Cave-In to release DVD of reunion show, announce East Coast mini-tour

CAVE-IN's don't-call-it-a-comeback continues next week with a pair of West Coast free gigs sponsored by Toyota -- but this morning the band announced it'll be playing non-auto-bailout gigs in New York, Boston, Providence, and Philadelphia, with support by Trap Them and Narrows.

We've also received word that the band will be releasing a DVD of its July reunion show at Great Scott in Boston. The footage, shot and edited by Boston videographer Joe Constantine, will be Cave-In's first official liv-video release and is scheduled to be in stores circa January 2010.

To hold you over, check out a clip from our video of the same show (above) -- which, we should point out, is not as good as the footage that'll be on the DVD.

Here's the dates for the Cave-In tour . . .

November 19th The Knitting Factory Brooklyn, NY
November 20 First Unitarian Church Philadelphia, PA
November 21 Club Hell Providence, RI
November 22 The Middle East Downstairs Cambridge, MA
