So you wanna buy a railroad?

A friend just brought my attention this incredible Craigslist posting: Basically, if you've got $225,000 (less than many houses), you could soon be the owner of the City Point Central Railroad Museum, which includes numerous antique railroad cars, several buildings, and a 4.6-acre lot close to the Belfast coast. "Amazing opportunity for the creative thinker," the ad reads.

According to information online, the museum is located in the building that was originally the Corinna Station House. "We moved it here from Corinna on a flat bed truck. We have many railroad cars, cabooses, a section house, Belfast Moosehead Lake Railroad engine #51 and a A-4 Gang Car on the premises. We also have one of the largest collection of photographs of the Belfast & Mooshead Lake Railroad that has been collected by four generations of the Page family."

A little research suggests that the property has been on the market before, and that $225,000 is a reduced price. Now's the time, folks!
