Dick Cheney gave the "kiss of death" to John McCain by endorsing him Saturday in Wyoming. Karl Rove, he predicting a GOP defeat, pushed Romney as McCain's VP. The rats are leaving the sinking ship - - - after shooting a few holes in it. "I'd rather be right wing than be President!" seems to be their battle cry.
