[phlipcam video] Tyler, the Creator "Yonkers" + kids crash the stage @ Paradise Rock Club

We've already written enough on last night's OFWGKTA show at the 'Dise, as the Phoenix's Luke O'Neil lamented the current state of America's youth (now with funny tweets!) and Michael C. Walsh augmented his phlipcam action with additional thoughts on the punk-show hip-hop madness on Commonwealth Avenue.

So since I've already come to terms with the notion that a pack of angry white teenagers from the suburbs is, in fact, the scariest shit you'll ever come across, I'll just let the videos here speak to the performance. Up top, the magnetic TYLER, THE CREATOR performs "Yonkers," and below, the white warriors show no ill effects from the Four Loko ban and storm the stage at the end of the show, dancing all fucked-up-like.

One thing that should be mentioned, however, is a hat tip to the staff and security of the Paradise, which handled the show as masterfully as a staff and security could. When the mass of kids crashed the stage at the end, 'Dise staff patiently let them burn themselves out, and after the music ended they hit the lights and casually ushered everyone out of the room without incident. While the entire show felt like anything could happen at any given moment, nothing did -- a far cry from Newbury Street just hours earlier -- and that's what's important. I'm sure a few folks got a contact high from the pot smoke on stage, but shit, we'd never complain about that.
