    A long day of skiing can take quite a toll your body. Anyone who's ever dove headfirst down a double-black can attest to this -- you know the deal, where the skis end up in the woods and you end up eating a pile of powder. Some prefer to shake the aches by cozying up next to a warm fireplace, or taking a headfirst dive into the hot tub.
