Another oil-tank proposal not chosen

In the wake of the selection of the artist whose work may perhaps one day be painted on some South Portland oil tanks (if private donors cough up another $1.2 million),I heard from another artist who submitted a proposal but was not selected: Jim Watson of Standish. (We've previously posted the designs by three other artists, and if anyone else wants to send us their non-selected proposal, please e-mail them to jinglis@thephoenix.com.)
