An Irish Goodbye: Kelly's calls it quits

Well, that didn't last long. It seems the ruthless Allston gods (who only seem to favor liquor stores and Mickey D's for long-term success) have finally struck down Kelly's Roast Beef on the corner of Harvard and Comm Ave., after only a year and a half. The newest location of the Revere-based house of roasted meats settled in under the clock tower in May of 2010, and as of Sunday, December 11th, reports the Globe, it shall be vacant once more. Guess we Allston rats are still holding out for Uno's to come back.
