Unless, that is, you heed our advice and traipse on down to see our friends at the GREAT BURLESQUE EXPO, who have got the cure for Unsexy. We're a lucky town to be blessed with so many fine organizations dedicated to showing everything but nipple and box, but once a year it gets even better. Tonight? Get your granny-porn fix as the genuine stars of classic burlesque strut what their mommas (and their kids!) gave 'em during the opening-night "Rhinestone Revue." Saturday night, "The Main Event" brings in a slew of national headliners including the ATOMIC CHERRIES, GLAMOUR PUSS BURLESQUE, ESTHER DE VILLE, MISS ELAINE YES, and a dozen more. (Last year's crop was pretty amazing, you can relive some of the video highlights here.) On Sunday night there's a newcomers' showcase, and all weekend long the Expo hosts master classes, workshops, an art show, and a costume exhibit. 

Tickets are $50 per day, $80 for the weekend, or $10 for an exhibit pass that includes limited access to some classes.
