Harmonix's new gig: Rock Band


"Hi, we're about to become obsolete"

Our friends at Harmonix have been busy ever since dropping off the Guitar Hero project. USA Today (via Kotaku) reports that their next project is currently in the works: Rock Band. Yes, this means multiple people will each take an instrument - guitar, bass, drums, and a mic. The drums sound like the big thing, it'll be like Donkey Konga only way awesomer. Prediction: this will be the biggest thing to hit college parties since ping pong balls.
