[free download] Zambri "Carry (Hooray For Earth RMX)" // tonight @ Mid East

Our old friends in ZAMBRI are back in town tonight, kicking off a few dates with UK luminaries MAXIMO PARK at the Middle East in Cambridge, and to celebrate, Noel Heroux of HOORAY FOR EARTH passed along this sussed-out remix of the sisters' track "Carry." Heroux turns up the bass, gives it a mild case of the glitchness, and drops it in the middle of a dance floor seance while retaining Jessica and Cristi Jo's spiritual magneticism.

The HFE remix of "Carry" was originaly released by Kanine Records as an iTunes bonus track, but the crew hooked us up with it this morning for our listening pleasure.

Fire it up, catch up on Zambri and Maximo Park before they take to the Downstairs tonight in Cambridge, then check out the time a few years ago at SXSW when Zambri jumped on stage during Hooray For Earth's gig at our First Contact showcase. We long for those days. Everything seemed so simple.
