Here’s last night’s playlist, the final BOSTON ACCENTS, all 107 songs -- coicidentially close to 101.7, eh? Totes unplanned -- spun from 8 pm to sometime a little past 3:30 am this morning. I had a general idea of what I wanted to spin, but things quickly went off the rails as the night became more of a party than some formal, ahem professional, radio program. I seriously could have played 105 more jams had the two 5-Hour Energy and several Red Bulls not worn off sometime after three. Huge thanks to all who listened, the folks who showed up, and the bands that came and hung out in the WFNX studio one last time: Yale, Massachusetts, the Daily Pravda, Parlour Bells, New Highway Hymnal, Western Education, Animal Talk, and Richard Bouchard of Boston Band Crush.
