Amanda Palmer hits million-dollar mark on Kickstarter, celebrates by posting nude photo on Twitter (NSFW)

That's pretty much the size of it, actually. As most of you are aware, this is not by any means the first time Amanda has tweeted n00dz. But this time the photo by one of our fave photogs, Kelly Davidson. And this historic milestone (in Palmer's tweet, "$1,000,000 OF PURE FUTURE ARTMUSIC ASSKICKING") was reached one day after she hosted a live webcast from the MIT Media Lab -- a place where, as she emailed us yesterday, "they might be able to build me technology to crowdsurf over fans while playing their hands as 'conductive' instruments. CROWDSOURCE HEAVEN."

Indeed, on so many levels. Happy internet Platinum, everyone!
