Randi Millman resigns as booking agent at TT The Bear's Place
Just got word from RANDI MILLMAN, who after 17 years is stepping down as booking agent of T.T. The Bear's Place, the Central Square music venue that is hope to the Rock and Roll Rumble, live music seven nights a week and the Saturday night Heroes new wave party. In a letter to friends and colleagues, she wrote this morning:
I have resigned my position at TT's and am moving on to the next phase of my career. It's been a wild and fun ride these past 17 years, I've had the proudest of moments seeing some truly inspiring performances on the TT's stage. I take great personal satisfaction in all I've accomplished here and really value all the wonderful friends I've made and intend to keep!
As I become busier and more successful in the band booking/management side of things, I'm really excited to put more time into my artists Township, Marc Pinansky, and Dan Baker, and of course other projects will be revealed very soon... Thank you all for making my time at TT's such a great experience. Local folks... I'll see you out and about and glasses must be raised.
In the meantime, TTs manager Kevin Patey will oversee booking and previously scheduled shows.
