[full serving] Mellow Bravo provide theme to new Food Network show "Sugar Rush"

The Food Network is about to get a full serving of MELLOW BRAVO. Word on the street is that an intrumental version of the Boston rock band's rowdy, scratched-up 2010 party anthem "I Get Off" will serve as the opening-credit theme for Sugar High, a new weekly TV show where Ace of Cakes' Duff Goldman goes on, uhhh... "a cross-country trek to capture the sweet secrets and tasty techniques that keep the cookies from crumbling in the top bakeries around the nation."

Sounds like the perfect show for a song about getting off. Food porn is all the rage these days.

Sugar Rush premieres Monday, Aug. 8, and we hear there's even a "Boston episode," so everyone should hit the corner pub with the Bravo crew that night and get drunk and eat pastries.

Here's the song in its original form, first featured as the second track off last September's debut album Strut:
