New Atlas Sound featuring Panda Bear, "Walkabout"

Remember when Bradford Cox had that freakout after someone found the rough sketches of the next Atlas Sound album on an unguarded Mediafire account? He threatened to cancel the project - and he maintains now that he was serious. But not only has Cox come out of the drama without his image taking a hit - any hit at all, really; other meltdown-prone artists should be so lucky - he also pressed on with the album, bolstered now by the teachings of Animal Collective's Noah Lennox (a/k/a Panda Bear). According to Cox, Lennox taught him some of what he knows about sampling and beat matching. The results can be heard in the song "Walkabout," which, unsurprisingly, sounds like Animal Collective. It's a lot of fun.
