What's Cicilline doing in 2010?

This question continues to hang in the air, with Frank Caprio and Patrick Lynch representing the most likely Democratic contenders for governor, IMHO, at this stage in the game.

Then again, it never hurts to replenish your war chest and to cultivate supporters, so that's why the mayor is having a fundraiser with young professionals at 5:30 next Wednesday, October 29, at Waterplace.

I could live with Lynch or Caprio. We're not gettin another Republican, and if Linc Chafee runs as an Independent, any Democrat but Roberts or Cicilline is preferable.

Cicilline is a lying, dishonest individual who has "transparent"government about as much as I have a chance at the MVP for the American League.Just think:his dissembling on the Marco Riz incident re:"the protocol";the $75,000 "oops!"incident with the tax check;and the unexplained "anonymous donor" payments to his former Director of Administration.Almost forgot the tax break for Blue Cross.

Do you think he wants to campaign while explaining all that?

    I don't think so.
