The Living Room is the only restaurant/bar in Boston equipped with large, comfortable furniture that makes you feel as if you’ve suddenly won a swanky new apartment, ready to enjoy. Ingest a three-course meal while you watch the big-screen TV, or enjoy a waterfront view from a La-Z-Boy over a couple cocktails. Evenings transform the place into a candle-lit lounge. Home sweet home, eh? Located in the Mercantile Wharf Building in the North End, near Christopher Columbus Park. Valet parking available. Weekend “pajama brunches” invite staff and patrons to show up wearing their most comfortable sleepwear, Sat and Sun from 11 am to 3 pm.
Insider's Tip: Indulge your sweet tooth with the Whipped Goddess, the Tiramisu, or the Vanilla Bean (all $10.50).
