Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Lorin Maazel - Beethoven Symphonies
Symphony Hall
James Levine is still recovering from surgery to repair a herniated spinal disc, so guest conductor Lorin Maazel will lead the Boston Symphony Orchestra in its Beethoven-symphony programs this weekend and next. This weekend's program, Part 3, brings us No. 6 (Pastoral) and No. 7 (colloquially known in Charles Schulz circles as the "Easter Beagle" symphony), at Symphony Hall, 301 Mass Ave, Boston | October 30-31 @ 8 pm | $29-$115 | 617.266.1200 or //www.bso.org.
