The Whole Hog

August 22, 2006
By TAMARA WIEDER  |  August 17, 2006

Vegetarians, avert your eyes: on August 22, Craigie Street Bistrot (5 Craigie Circle, Cambridge) will horrify you with Whole Hog, a six-course pork dinner. Carnivores, however, will no doubt delight in a menu that includes pork, pork liver, and bacon terrine; crispy suckling pig confit; and slow-cooked Vermont pig belly. The cost is $95 (wine pairings are an additional $40; wine can also be ordered by the glass or bottle). Seatings are at 6:30, 7, and 7:30 pm; call 617.497.5511 or visit craigiestreetbistrot.com for reservations.
