New Moe Pope & Rain Video – “Annie Mulz” – Shot at TC's Lounge Before the Fire

Congrats to Moe Pope for once again landing on the Boston Music Awards nominee slate. Fuck knows that him and his producer Rain deserve it, having smashed a shitload of shows last year in the lead-up to their soon-to-be-released Let The Right Ones In.

“Annie Mulz” is one of their live staples – the duo's trusty vocal sidekick Christopher Talken has knocked my eardrums silly plenty of times with the hook – and the video is long-awaited. Plus there's a vampire theme, and Halloween is tomorrow.

Still the final product is a bittersweet pill, having been shot at Boston's beloved TC's lounge before it burned down nearly a year ago. Those who know the place well will certainly recognize Moe, Chris, and Rain despite their fangs; it was a rare occasion to walk in those doors without seeing at least one of them clutching a beer.
