President Bush will reportedly give an eight-minute speech via satellite for tonight's RNC -- as Obama launches a McCain=Bush ad, naturally. The jowl boys, Lieberman and F. Thompson, have featured slots tonight, while once-loved Rudy gets bumped to tomorrow.
