Boston-based stand-up comedian Bob Lazarus succumbed to a near-two-year battle with Leukemia yesterday.
"Laz" got his start in the late 1970s, at the locally and nationally renowned Ding Ho Comedy Club in Inman Square, making a name for himself alongside fellow comic powerhouses Steven Wright, Denis Leary, Paula Poundstone, Lenny Clarke, Jimmy Tingle, and Bobcat Goldthwait.
