The founding father of reggae spread his music and man seed far and wide before passing away at age 36, and throughout the world, his name implies love more accurately than that of ‘God.
As a result of the wide response (both negative and positive) to my War Over Peace Phoenix cover story from this past week, legendary Boston reggae DJ Junior Rodigan is dedicating part of his Big Up Drivetime Show on Big City 101.3FM every afternoon for the next week and a half. I'm on today from 5pm to 6:30pm, and various players from the Boston Youth Violence Prevention community will be joining throughout the series.
