Amanda Palmer: "terror," "unstoppable joy" over wedding engagement to Neil Gaiman

Somone's finally gonna make an honest woman out of AMANDA PALMER. And, according to a blog post the two co-signed on his blog yesterday, that someone is goth comix superstar NEIL GAIMAN.  "Dear The World,"it said, "we are going to get married, signed, Amanda Palmer and Neil Gaiman."

Today, Palmer elaborated a little on Twitter: "morning. new daily ritual: look in mirror. think of the word "wife". feel terror. then ponder who the husband is. then feel unstoppable joy."

We have all sorts of questions -- "What'll this mean for a Dresden Dolls reunion?" "What'll this mean about the availability of Amanda noodz on the web?" "Does anyone have a Brangelina-style one-word moniker for the happy couple?" "If it doesn't work out, who gets custody of the Twitter feed?" -- but we'll save them for later.
