Rush Limbaugh Beefs with Jay-Z. Attempts to Crush Rapper Like an OC80.

There are two breeds of Rush Limbaugh fans: middle-aged conservative failures who wear awkward promotional baseball hats that they got from their cable company, and those of us who tune in for sheer entertainment. Assuming that the former group includes as many bigots as the latter does hip-hop fans, Limbaugh's latest spat with Jay-Z is fascinating entertainment for all audiences.

The war started with Hova's new track "Off That," on which Brooklyn's finest throws jabs at Fox News crybaby Bill O'Reilly and warns Limbaugh to "get off [his] balls." (Or, depending on who you ask, the feud may have been sparked by the several thousand ignorant and intolerant sound bytes that the rotund hypocrite spews in any given week).

Limbaugh came back at Jay on his show yesterday (video above), and though he's being touted for his response across the blogosphere, it was only funny by Republican standards. However; it is hilarious how whiteys like Rush are scared to say anything truly nasty about a black man (in public) unless that black man is president of the United States.

Instead of remarking that the song isn't very good (which would have been accurate) or thinking up a clever comeback, Limbaugh danced the Caucasian jig around Hova's calling him a racist ("It's 2010 not 1864"). Predictably, he did that lame thing that older people do when they feel threatened by hip-hop, and pretended that Jay was being literal.

"Mr. Z - it is President Obama who wants to mandate circumcision," alleged Limbaugh in one of his classic unintelligible baseless tangents.

Last time I checked, Rush, you don't circumcise balls. But maybe this explains a lot. And one more thing: Jabba said that he was unaware of his ever being mentioned in a rap song before. Dude needs to study up on the Ol' Dirty Needle.
