Announcing Our Britney Tix Contest Winner: The what fell out of her what?

Last week we decided to try our hand at a little Mad-lib, Twitter-style (or maybe it was kind of a little more Match Game, Twitter-style). With a pair of tickets to Britney Spears's Boston Garden show on the line, the sentence you had to complete was: "OMG, did you see the ______ that fell out of @britneyspears's ______?"

We got pretty much what we expected: a little bit of suck-up, a several disturbing mental images, and numerous synonyms for "vagina." Below: the best ones that didn't make the cut . . . followed by our grand-prize winner.
