Indecency, interrupted

Remember the Janet Jackson-Justin Timberlake Breast Debacle?

On September 11, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals will hear CBS's  challenge to the FCC's indecency finding in said debacle--but you won't be able to watch at home. The court hasn't welcomed TV cameras before; today, Broadcasting & Cable reports that it won't do it for C-SPAN in this case, either.

There is a silver lining: if the court releases audio of the procedings that day, you'll be able to hear it on C-SPAN 2, online at C-SPAN.org, and on C-SPAN Radio.  (Yes, there's a C-SPAN Radio.)

Check back here on Sept. 12 for a run-down of the procedings. For now, here's another look at the allegedly indecent event:
