Gritty's has a fire, still open

It was apparently a "pretty crazy" morning at Gritty's, whose building's roof had a fire earlier - smoke was visible around the downtown. But they're open for business, so not to worry.

And we suggest sampling some Gritty's this very evening - not at Gritty's, but at Port City Music Hall, where we at the Portland Phoenix are throwing a party to celebrate our 10th anniversary!

Gritty's has made us a special "Phoenix 520" beer that will be available there. So come on down!
