    If the present trends continue, Barack Obama will pass HIllary Clinton in most unofficial delegate counts on Tuesday night -- after the so-called Potomac primary of Virginia, Maryland, and DC. This hardly guarantees him the nomination. But it's hugely important psychologically and will make the upcoming Wisconsin primary on 2/19 very important in shaping the future of the race.
