If Gingrich Can Raise $30 Million In Advance, He Might Run (Or So He Says Today)

    Newt Gingrich said today that if he can raise pledges of $30 million in advance, he might get in on about November 1.
    If that really is the standard, it's a very high hurdle. The hunch here is that he couldn't reach it.
