Access Hollywood starlet and Emerson alum Maria Menounos wound up 5th on Askmen.com's list of the 99 most desirable females, beating out Eva Longoria (10), Jessica Biel (7), and Charlize Theron (6). Jessica Alba topped the list, followed by Sienna Miller, Anjelina Jolie and Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima. Askmen.com claims 2.5 million votes were cast. Menounos was ranked 53 last year.

How did voters decide desirability? Voters were told to consider who they would most want to be in a relationship with, would consider marrying or would make good mothers to their children.
