Meet the Mayor: Montecristo Mexican Grill

Welcome to "Meet the Mayor," a segment in which we interview local Foursquare Mayors in their natural habitats.

Montecristo Mexican Grill
Jen Knight

At what point did you realize that Montecristo is fucking awesome?
As soon as I tried it for the first time. Especially the guacamole.

Do you order off the menu or just ask for whatever?
No, I always get a chicken burrito with everything except sour cream, every single time.

Why do they always seem to be playing MTV reality dating shows?
I wish I knew. I usually sit here and watch that show Next. They have the Spanish version of that on now. Sometimes, I'll be eating here with my roommates, and we'll space out and watch Next for like an hour after we're done eating.

Did you know they'll make a french-fry burrito if you ask?
No way! I might have that today. My roommate's on her way here. We're going to eat after we're done with this.

Should they even be allowed to serve so much fucking awesome food for so little cash?
I think the only place that serves comparable-sized-portion burritos is Chipotle.

South Park says Chipotle makes you shit blood.
No way. I love Chipotle. I've never shat blood before.
