Wordle Short Story Quiz

I had a little too much fun dumping some famous short stories into Wordle. For those unfamiliar with the site, it's a stylish word-cloud generator. The sizes of the words in the cloud indicate the frequency with which they're used in the given text.

The above is a Wordle of Hemingway's "The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber." Can you guess which stories the following Wordles represent? Answers (and links to the full text stories) at the very bottom of the post. And if I were Will Shortz, I would call this an Easy Sunday Wordle Short Story Quiz.

1. "The Lady with the Dog," Chekhov

2. "Everything that Rises Must Converge," O'Connor

3. "Incarnations of Burned Children," Wallace

4. "Brokeback Mountain," Proulx

5. "Sea Oak," Saunders
