Performers at the 2012 Boston Music Awards to be announced Thursday afternoon, live on WFNX.com's Boston Accents
Very excited to announce that JAKE BRENNAN, producer of the Boston Music Awards, will be joining me in the WFNX studio tomorrow for a BMAs-flavored edition of Boston Accents. Brennan will sit in with me for the entire show, from 5 to 6pm EST, selecting tracks, discussing the nominee and voting process, and announcing just who will be performing live at the grand ol' shindig December 2 at the Liberty Hotel.
Listen in live via WFNX.com.
Voting in all 29 categories is open to the public until 11:59pm on Monday, November 19.
Tickets to the Boston Music Awards are $25 and can be purchased via Brown Paper Tickets. It is open to the public, though be warned: there are a lot of musicians at these sort of events.
And of course, for the second year in a row, Boston Accents will be throwing another WFNX broadcast guest room party high above the action inside one of the Liberty's awesome suits. Last year we had a bunch of bands roll through (Earthquake Party, Girlfriends/Bent Shapes, Big Digits, Marissa Nadler, Ja Hills, Young Adults, etc.) and we conducted live interviews from the bathroom.
Things got weird in the tub. This year will bring more of the same.
Ask around and find us elevated at the Liberty.
