Boston electro-house duo CASE & POINT have been on a bootleg rampage. First it was alt-rock royalty Radiohead ("Everything In Its Right Place"), then it was summery Swedes Icona Pop (the still lethal "I Love It"), and just a few weeks ago, psych-dinavian indie dudes Miike Snow ("Black Tin Box"). Each edit blew up the day of its release and caused a bit of fair damage on Hype Machine.
Now the production team of Casey Vadum and TJ Jordan have woken up the xx's sleeping giant, throwing down a sensual big-room reboot of the moody Brits latest single, "Angels," a few days before sophomore record Coexist hits the market.

The Case & Point "Angels" bootleg is another straight-up banger, balancing Romy Madley Croft's delicate vocals with the duo's sharpened big-room beat-march, taking the xx from under the covers at night and into the loudest nightclub imaginable. Download the track via the Soundcloud embed below.
