Reports circulating online that HEAVY D has passed away ay the age of 44. The influential rapper was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital around noon today, and was pronounced dead an hour later, reports TMZ.
The website also notes that Heavy D -- born Dwight Arrington Myers -- "performed at the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in Wales on October 8 [and] sang 'Jam' with La Toya Jackson -- and rocked it."
