Billy Corgan has spoken -- well, Tweeted -- and earlier today gave the all-important seal of approval for Passion Pit's sparkling synthpop waterfall cover of the Smashing Pumpkins' classic "Tonight, Tonight."

What is weirder, that Corgan uses the word "lads" or that he Tweets simply as "billy?"
