OTD Exclusive: Roh Delikat

While the rest of guyville pawns its guitars and leases laptops, Roh Delikat -- who already made their indietronica album -- appear to be scaling back the gigabeats and getting back to old-fashioned guitars and bass and drums, on some late-20th-century rock-type shit. Kristina still has the prettiest voice since Juliana Hatfield and the chillest corsets since Man Ray got man-razed. And if the four brand-spanking-new songs on their tour-only Ants EP weren't enough, it also comes in a hand-sewn-and-silkscreened neon-pink zebra-print fabric sleeve. This thing is ten kinds of awesome. If they've got any left, the only place you can get 'em is the final night of their mini-tour tonight at T.T.'s, which also happens to be the final area gig by American Analog Set and yet another visit by the Pedro the Lion synth-pop band Headphones. This is the shortest song of the four, and you can dance to it. It shreds, at least as much as you can shred when you're tumbling down an incline while kids dressed in $100 jeans cruise past you up the hill in fancy cars, chewing candy bars, talking and taking drugs.
