Getting the Message Out

Republican Senate candidate Barry Hinckley has struggled to get his name in the news to date. Today, a little help: Representative Daniel Gordon, hauled into court on charges of fleeing justice in Massachusetts, had a single word emblazoned on his t-shirt: Hinckley.

It's been a tough few months for the freshman legislator. First, Gordon got in trouble for lambasting a local high school Gay/Straight Alliance as a "sexual meet-up" group. Later, the House Republican caucus booted him for criticizing GOP colleagues.

Gotta hand it to him, though. The guy gets more headlines than any Republican since Don Carcieri. Gordon for Governor?
