In Today's Phoenix: Reinvention of the ProJo and the Kennedy Succession

I've got a cover story today on the ProJo's attempt to reinvent the local news in an era of diminished resources. Entire cities and towns are going uncovered, but the paper - no longer covering the municipal munitia to the same degree - is doing some more interesting, contextual journalism. Will it be enough to save the paper?

While you're at it, check out the Boston Phoenix's editorial on Ted Kennedy's passing and a must-read piece by my colleague David S. Bernstein on the fight to succeed the late senator.
