It's misplaced, all this righteous indignation over Eileen McNamara saying bad things about Jimmy Kelly before he was buried.

Seriously. If Billy Bulger can use Kelly's death as an excuse to re-open the busing battle--in the eulogy at Kelly's funeral!--McNamara was well within her rights to argue the other side.
