Who gets DePetro's job?

Possibility #1: John DePetro himself, who's reportedly offered to A) undergo sensitivity training and B) provide weekly air time to Grace Ross--a/k/a the "fat lesbian"--if WRKO rehires him. According to the Globe's Andrea Estes, the station isn't commenting until after DePetro's 3 p.m. press conference today.

Possibility #2: currently idle New Hampshire talker Arnie Arnesen, who sent her stuff to RKO earlier this week, arguing that a "liberal broad" would be a good fit for the station right now. (Apparently, Arnesen delivered her tapes to program director Jason Wolfe with a sandwich, a beer, a bottle of yogurt kefir, and a note reading "Good food and great radio.")

Possibility #3: DePetro and Arnesen together. Totally hypothetical; no reason to think it'll happen.

Any other ideas?

UPDATE: Seems RKO decided to talk before DePetro's press conference. Here's a statement from Jason Wolfe (whose title is actually "Vice President of AM Programming and Operations, Entercom Boston," not just "program director"):

"We understand that Mr. DePetro intends to hold a press conference this afternoon in an effort to seek reinstatement to his former position with Entercom's WRKO.  Mr. DePetro no longer works for Entercom.  His discharge was appropriate and justified.  We do not intend to reinstate him. We have moved on and wish him well."

Damn.
