Last week's episode of Lost, "Sundown," continued a string of solid, mostly enjoyable episodes. Yet still, it's hard to shake the feeling that this season is still finding its footing. We're a third of the way in now, and it feels like almost the entirety of that third has been spent strategically moving actors into different locations, all to presumably set up for the events of the rest of the season. Maybe the real action will begin tonight with "Dr. Linus" - no clue who this one will focus on! The ABC promo said something about Ben facing "his demise," which I'm guessing is just an unfortunate word choice and doesn't actually mean he's going to die.
Now, on to some unsolved mysteries:
Why is it that parallel Los Angeles appears to be served by exactly one hospital (the one where Jack works)?
Where was Sawyer during that "Team Smokey Assemble!" scene at the end of last week's episode? Still stuck in the cave? If that's the case: how the fuck is he supposed to get out of that cave?
Are they going to give Miles something to do at some point?
Only one way to find out, I suppose. Join us for tonight's episode!
