Foam Master Flex: Ferran Àdria at Harvard tonight

Don't forget, food fans: Ferran Àdria's in town for Harvard's Food & Science Public Lecture Series, and his closing lecture (which is ticketed, mind you) is upon us. On December 4th, 7 o'clock sharp, the chef will take the stage and let us in on his plans for elBulli 2.0, the newly-minted culinary think tank. (According to Grubstreet, Àdria has been getting his fill of the best Beantown's got to offer before he takes the podium. Can't very well speak on an empty stomach.) We're sure this one is close to sold out by now, but fret not, if you can't see the master in the flesh, you can always catch him on YouTube (check the lecture series homepage for the video link).
