Pat Buchanan laments, fosters culture war

And he does it over at Human Events:

One part of America loves her history, another reviles it as racist, imperialist and genocidal. Old heroes like Columbus, Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee are replaced by Dr. King and Cesar Chavez....

The European-Christian core of the country that once defined us is shrinking, as Christianity fades, the birth rate falls and Third World immigration surges. Globalism dissolves the economic bonds, while the cacophony of multiculturalism displaces the old American culture.

Gotta love the shout-out to a couple icons of the slaveholding South, especially with a black president. It's like it's 1992 all over again!

More like 1999...you may remember, Adam, that Pat announced to GWB if he didn't pay more attention to Pat's core values, he'd take his people and form another party to run against him.  GWB said not to let the door hit him on the way out.  Pat took his dozen people, formed a party, and had zero impact.  Which is why it drives me bonkers when they refer to him as a Republican - he left long ago.

How is this not considered a White Supremacist "lament"?
